HCLTech Vietnam is seeking a highly experienced Golang Backend Technical Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of backend development and architecture, as well as a proven track record of leading development teams in the successful delivery of complex backend projects. The candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing an engineering team, and have excellent communication and leadership skills. Job Duties: Lead a team of developers in the design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable and maintainable backend solutions using Golang. Develop and maintain high-performance and efficient backend systems, services, and APIs using Golang. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, architecture, and design of backend systems. Ensure adherence to software development best practices, including code reviews, testing, and documentation. Mentor and guide team members in the development of their technical skills and career growth. Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in backend development, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

5+ years of experience in backend development, with a strong focus on Golang Strong experience with microservices, RESTful APIs, and serverless architectures. Strong understanding of database design and optimization, including SQL and NoSQL databases. Strong experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Experience leading technical teams in the successful delivery of complex backend projects. Strong knowledge of software development best practices, including agile development, continuous integration, and continuous delivery. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
