Job Description
- Hỗ trợ khách hàng sử dụng phần mềm;
- Trao đổi với khách hàng để làm rõ nhu cầu về tính năng của phần mềm và trao đổi lại với team;
- Nghiên cứu thị trường, nhu cầu của khách hàng;
- Làm việc nhóm cùng các phòng ban khác và một số công việc cụ thể được giao.
Job Requirements
- Ưu tiên biết giao tiếp tiếng anh tốt;
- Ham học hỏi, chăm chỉ, có đam mê với ngành công nghệ, thương mại điện tử;
- Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng, đại học trở lên, ưu tiên các bạn tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành Kinh tế.
